Crutches and Dreams
I’ve got a twisted view of
Pain and passion
Intertwined among the
Masses. I believe in
Sky.
And sometimes the sky
Believes in me.
We are intimate, patient
Victims of over ambition.
Verbatum, rhubarb sayings
In broken phrases
She
Haunts my dreams, but
I still believe in
Sky
And sometimes the sky
Still believes in me.
We all have crutches.
We all have dreams.
