Cinderella Remix
I escape my apartment
Leaving my stepfather and his dreams
Letting the beast be not worry about me
I got to the club
A block from my house
Bargaining with the guards to let me pas
In high heels
A mini skirt
And tank top
An offer no one would resist
The dance floor is packed
Like any Saturday night
So I go on letting the fun begin
I squeeze my way in
Dancing til' I’m weak
So I grab a seat
As I see a man come up beside me
Short, dark hair
Leather jacket
And eyes that shine like the stars
He asked if we could dance
An offer I would not deny
And I followed him on that dance floor Saturday night
We danced all night till my phone rung 12: 00
I told him I would have to leave
In hopes to see him again
A Cinderella story that will probably happen tomorrow at ten
