Always Here
I can see the pain in your eyes
I can sense the hurt in your heart
In my head, I can hear your cries
It’s plain to see you’re falling apart
Don’t let it tear you down
Hold your head up high
Don’t let sorrow and spirit be bound
That will cause your pride to die
Your trust in him has been abused
But you’re choosing to forgive
Your feelings are strongly confused
While your happiness is striving to live
I’m always here
Whenever you need someone to lean on
No matter what, I’ll be near
So let the feeling of hatred be gone
To see you sad
Tears me up inside
But I don’t blame you for being mad
Just don’t let it ruin your pride
