After the Laughter

'

It started as a giggle
as I tried to wriggle free
yet the hands up-down my spine
extend my misery

A poke, a squeeze
a stroke, a tease
a touch about the face

A song of laughter soon ensues
to take the giggles place

My arms pinned high above my head
defenseless I remain
Assaulted by a thousand hands
who laughter seek to gain

For your own pleasure you so act
yet I'm the one who smiles
unwillingly
or could it be
I've loved it all the while?

Please! Don't! ' I beg
I don't think I can take it
the soft caress upon my neck
makes it so hard to fake it

with that tortuous touch beneath my arms
it's diff'cult to hide
the stifled laughter welling up
from deep down inside

This torment is so wicked
yet, delightfully cruel
from a once beloved friend
who's now a coldhearted ghoul

though I surrender
the punishment persist
no mercy is shown
though I try to resist

until you attain
that which you are after
my mindless, unrestrained
and hysterical laughter

yet when you get this very thing
you do not desist
for the sound of my laughter
urges you to persist

until the tantalizing torment
I do not wish to conclude
and euphoria takes over
all my fears are subdued
