A Silver Lining
Which way does the wind blow
North, South, East, West
How can they say its warm or cold
Young or old
How can they say a cloud has a silver lining
That’s like lying
Just look into the sunset
And think
Look what God gave me
The wind to cool me on a hot day
And a sunset over the bay
How much luckier could I be
He gave me a nightingale to sing me to sleep
A mourning dove to help me weep
A Cardinal in the winter
And a robin in the spring
How much luckier could I be
To have Christ die for me
And now they say how bad the world is
But yet it could be worse
