Irish Potato Blight
Dying with green mouths
starving eating green grass.
Famine scavenge food coastal equalled
subsistence cursed evermore sea food.
Starvation was annihilation
of many Irish who never fled.
English took livestock for taxes unpaid
left starving tenant farmers for dead.
