at High School
you were so young.

Always into fun
always into girls
with your premature
adolescent beard.

Now your worn so old.
You have no in-between.
I was always in-between.

Now your driving the mail van.
You were always the class clown.
While I am the studied apprentice
printing the eagerly sought word.
