Poems are not bread
POEMS ARE NOT BREAD
Poems are not bread-
They are not money
In anyway-
You can write and read
A million of them,
And it will not pay
One small bill.
You don’t have to blame
The poems,
Because
You don’t make money.
But you have to know-
They are not going to save you-
In that,
either.
