Radha, you are not lucky
To be a mono love of Krishna.
Radha, you are not lucky
To be the consort of Krishna,
When he went to Mathura
Having left you on Yamuna.
Radha, you are not lucky
To bear his seed in any way.
Radha, you are still lucky
As you had him bodily.
We, the women born since you,
Loved him more than you,
But not corporally,
And yet in fantasy,
As if we were loved
Back by Krishna as well.
Radha, we envy you.
Radha, we modal on you too.
