The Poor Happy Guy

you are in a situation
that is utterly uniquely yours

you love much
but no one loves you

you make all of them happy
but they only hurt you

you want true love
there is none for you

they will love you because of your money
that has always been the curse from the day you were born

you have all the luxuries, the fame, that honor, that position
you have all the money you can hold

but there is no love for you

well i guess, you must have accepted it
it is but fair: you have it all, except love

on the other hand, there is this guy who is stripped of everything
poor, uneducated, jobless, no house to live, no land to own
no money to spend

but someone loves him so truly
he is silent, but (i do not have to guess) he is absolutely happy

tonight, she is his.
