Going Crazy For Something That Does Not Last Forever

it is crazy
to think that something lasts forever
or someone
or love

it is too crazy for you
to think of me as a thing that lasts forever
or someone that you can always love

you go crazy
over something that you want to hold and cherish
forever

there is no such thing
perhaps such things as air
or of the spirit

of God and angels
i am not God neither am i an angel

when you hold me with such a grip
i begin to bleed
when you kiss me feel me
i am not forever
i am just this moment and then like a snap
of a finger

i am gone
