Loki's Promise
In the twilight of this life
evening enshrouds
with darkness
untold.
Swirling torrents
of wind swept
clouds are
all my eyes
behold.
The waves of time
bring journeys end
as I watch it all
unfold.
Valhalla's gift
of my last breath
will leave
my body
cold.
