Withdrawal Symptoms
Keeping you affixed in my mind,
Is like a nicotine habit.
And does not do a thing,
For my wish...
Not to be addicted.
And for some reason,
When you are not there...
I shake as if I need a fix.
These withdrawal symptoms,
I did not expect when you left!
I thought when we ended,
That would be it!
But I am paying the price,
Telling you to leave me...
Alone!
