Root of Noise

At the root of noise,
Created and raised by the voices heard...
Of little girls and boys,
Who grow into being annoying men...
And women,
Is an immaturity that is allowed to fester.
Manifested to pester...
By a nurturing of a spoiledness,
That is granted!

This root blooms!
This root is unconsciously groomed...
To quiet a displeasure measured,
By a gifting of material wishes bestowed.
And silenced each time,
To hold those hostage for the rest of their lives.
When all that should have been done,
To nip this in the bud...
Is a firm stroking done to the buttocks.
Not considered politically correct...
But does the trick quick.

Sparing the 'rod' prolongs headaches,
That have a start but do not end...
Those exorbitant medical bills.
Or the beginning of a future that produces excuses...
Connected,
To the root of noise.
