I Will Remind Him Of It

These days as I age,
To feel blessed to experience...
A noticeable ache not there before,
To greet me as I awaken.
Sine the furthest thing from my mind,
Is attempting to recapture a youthful appearance...
With a magic wand and assistance,
I will never again find as quickly as I had in the past.

If I can get out of bed and go through my daily routine,
Of taking a shower after stretching and exercising...
That alone has become the only event I wish to accomplish,
BEFORE anyone has had a chance to witness...
Unbelievable miracles I perform without them being seen.

Geeessshhh.
Who could that be at this hour of the morning?
Knocking on the door.
Maybe it is that beautiful woman who lives next door.
And has come to confess undying love she has for me.
Maybe there is still hope.

One moment please.

'Oh.
I'm sorry to disturb you.
I was looking for Larry.
Does he still live here? '

Yes he does.
I am his great grandfather.
He should be back later this evening.

'Oh, okay.
I'll see him then.'

You sure will.
If God has anything to do with it.

'You're funny.
I can see where he gets his sense of humor.'

I will remind him of it.
The moment he arrives.
