I can't erase you
or forget
all about you
and the time we had
you tend to pull
at my heart all day
you make me smile
and me cry too
I can't live without
ever seeing you
I need you to know
the pain I feel everyday
when I write
these poems for you
its hard for me
to even breath
when I think of you
my breath is gone
because you always manage
to take my breath away
you're smart and funny
loving and kind
you make my day
sine brighter than stars
you're in my dreams
you make them good
you meals me smile
even when I want to cry
it always hurts
when I must go
when I turn
you're still on my mind
when a friend says
that they saw you
I always turn away
so they don't see me blush
you're the one thing
that I just can't
turn from and
say no too
if I've said it once
I've said it much more
I'm glad you're in my life
I'm glad that we're friends
as much as I wish otherwise
friends is good too
but I'll always hurt inside
if only you knew
but sometimes
knowing isn't the best
I wish I had
known it before
my heart is racing
and screaming for you
it only wants to know
that you feel the same
but now i see
that waiting for you
is like waiting for rain
in the middle of a drought.
