The Hanging Clocks
One beautiful day we sailed together,
One beautiful day we walked together,
On one beautiful day you whispered to me,
That one beautiful day you held my hand,
On one beautiful day, we were a fairytale,
So much in love and so inspired,
Like the clock in motion,
Until it fell from the wall
One wonderful day you looked at me,
One wonderful day, it was me and you,
One wonderful day, we made untold history,
That wonderful day, uncountable smile
The days of the heavy winds approached,
Deceived by the one you trusted,
Let down by the hands that put you up,
The wind in periodic forces,
The hanging clocks did fall and break
One pitiful day the clocks fell down,
The fragile glass breaking into pieces,
Hear the sound of my breaking heart,
One pitiful day you walked away,
We could have been that we believed,
One pitiful day you made me a fool
That pitiful day, my eyes flooded,
Yes you really hurt me my love
Me and you a falling clock,
Me and you a tale of lost love,
Me and you a replica of found hurt,
You and me, the genesis of separation,
An exodus of all that seemed to be,
Yes the clocks are falling,
Hear the sound of breaking glasses,
Pronounced flux and total dysfunction
