SHORT; Human nature; Neighbors; Silly? : Picking Grapefruits
I pick grapefruits from ground ‘neath Helen's tree.
Through her window she is gazing at me.
I have her permission to gather from the ground,
but, forewarned! ....., if I dared pick from her BRANCHES,
on my skull she would pound.
