20 Years From Now
It's been long enough
But I still wonder some days
If we'll ever be able to
Talk to each other again
It's painful to think
We won't be able to
I can't help but think
You're the one
I'm supposed to be with
If you don't forget about me
Will you please look
me up at some point
Even 20 years from now
I will still have stories
and will be eager
to tell them to you
And I still get a little
Burst of energy
and think I can go tell you
and I remember
you gave up on me
to be with her
