The Devil vs My Weak Soul
Inhaling the hope till I am dry
Comforting every tear I cry
Waiting patiently
Conceiving, decieving
Lurking around each corner
Watching quietly
Initiating my deep thoughts
And when I fall
You tackle me to the ground
But I can't see you
laughing in my face without a single sound
When a positive thought comes to mind
You ever so sweetly rape the blind
Sucking in every dropp of life
And exhaling death in the form of decepting beauty
Once a clear thought is now confusion
Among his presence there is no trust
What once brought one comfort
Becomes nothing but an illusion
A chain
A circle
Unescapable among humankind
