Two Lovers
Two magistrates on my case,
Like a piece of wire to a rope;
Two magistrates on my love,
Like a piece of meat that waits in a plate;
But, can i leave myhorses and wagon for a while?
Of two lovers in an act to swing my love around,
Like love turned round;
But, can i leave the court room for a while?
Two lovers climbing on the ladder of my heart,
They are two matured birds with sweet songs;
But, i am moistened with intense pleasure to taste their love.
The pleasure is mine when,
The two magistrates take a stand;
I only have to listen to them on my case,
Like the clamour of threats greeted by words of love.
While i admire the courage that is in me,
I also posses the measure of love to satisfy them;
But, where are my accusers?
My wrist, hands and eyes are supple enough to stand the try;
Like a bard from afar in an unknown land.
