Early Works - Wendy
Across a field of aqua green
there is a beautiful girl to be seen
her hair long flowing and dark,
her voice soft and sweet like the song of a lark.
Her name whispering like the winds of change,
nothing about her would I rearrange.
Her eyes twinkle like a mornings silvery dew
are soft and warm when they look at you.
Her skin like satin to the touch
is filled with warmth, tenderness and such.
A heart a little timid, but kind
which hold the love of someone fine.
Although it may seem no one could exist
with such beauty described as this,
I tend to disagree,
for I the writer
have found someone
her name, Wendy.
