I Remember Those Years
The Year is 1976
June, My High School Graduation, My 1st. NEW Car
My Nursing Profession Going Well
I Remember long Drives thinking
I NEVER could have Dreamed I'd go this far
But this was just the Beginning of My Life
For in June of 1979 I became a Wife, soon thereafter
April 1st.1980 the Birth of My Daughter took place
Not knowing I'd Soon be a Widow, the Year Dec.1982
My Destiny Alone; I now knew I Must face
The Years went by, Blessing Me with 3 more Children
Thee Most Grandest Times of ALL
I could NEVER have Imagined; My Duties, This Call
The Children are now Grown, I'm Still ALL Alone
But Fate Intervened, For 2004 I Entered God's Home
Here on Earth as A Bishop to Simplistically Endure
To Guide My Brethen, Hand In Hand Religiously
To A Better World feeling Unduly Secure
My Mission So Solid, As Hard as a Rock
My Heart is The Foundation to which I Will NOT Part
