I need hope
On the rugged paths
Of my silent life
Strange roads and intimidating sights
Vaccum air i tried to breathe
Suffocate my thoughts
And my being
With blazing sun on both sides
Burning my senses
And my mind
All i ask is
A dropp of hope
That would give me courage to cope
I am holding brazen dreams
With broken life and barren eyes
Toil and tired
In the blistering heat
Still trying with bare feet
A selfish conscious
I carry around
That tears up my soul
And rip my mind
All i ask is courage and hope
That would rinse my plaguing soul
A melancholy sound
I follow around
That dampens my nerves
And drove me wild
I searched around for a glint of hope
Around the valleys, under the stones
When i found
Nothing to hold
I let go of my burning soul
All my power and my senses
Crumpled down in mere ashes
I let go of my dying searches
When all i found was havoc and haze
Now i am just a hollow being
Wandering around in drained streams
When all i ask was courage and hope
That would rinse my plaguing soul.
