Fourteen Hours
Cerulean light powerfully evident
Sucks from the bosom of the wind
Giving birth and paling
Producing a newborn sun
Family of nature rejoices
High fives from limbs of trees
The birds sing songs of praise
Fluttering madly to join the choir
The dance of the flower
Pays homage to the birth
What lay dormant
Now celebrates life
Joyous activity
Reveling in radiance
A beauty to behold
And delight therein
Fourteen hours
Of blessed rapture
Nutrient emitting light
Basking in the sun's heated glare
Soothing rays of serenity
Transfused by the sun
Now that my friends,
Is something to remember!
