Internal Bleeding
Lies fill the air, fogging up the city,
too much to take in, I'm suffocating...
Drown.
The sidewalk is painted a scarlet-crimson.
Blood not my own, but my brothers ended...
Here.
Forgive me my friends, but I cannot die.
Too much to do and not enough time...
Left.
Shaking, I stand on the bones of the fallen
To reach my goal, so much sacrifice but...
Why?
---
I deserve,
To know,
Why I have this 'gift' I never wanted.
You deserve,
To die,
no way to win, no place to hide...
I will find you.
I will end you.
So hold on to your precious life.
'Cuz I want to,
Put an end to,
The reason she lies awake and cries.
I can see her suffering,
all because I don't...
provide.
----
The man before you is a shell,
A bottomless pit of deception.
Carve my soul into mince meat,
Punishment and lesson.
Over the years I've been a tyrant,
I'm sorry I wasted your life.
An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth,
Fair's fair, so please take mine.
Hell itself will do me well,
Almost too fitting an end.
Burn me alive, silent I die,
bask in my shame as I burn to the stake...
Tonight.
