Like An Iron Arrow
I was in a thick blanket and couldnt see,
Covered and guarded I couldnt flee,
My hope was only in you my dear,
It was a moment of chance,
I remember the doubt in your breath,
To rescue or to cause pain
Like the judges calling you near,
To throw you in an iron prison cell,
Through the bars to see freedom outside,
Freedom that can never be yours,
When I thought your words could heal,
To comfort they would yes
Do recognise the day I fell,
The world could see and laugh,
You could pretend im a stranger,
The man you put so closer,
Like a man in pronounced solitude,
Under the bridge asking for food,
Seeing families enjoy with friends,
The witness of joy and peace,
The joy and peace that might never be mine
When I thought you sould understand,
You walked away before my presence
For to love was my open problem,
Like a dangerous insect I awaited death,
Like unto giving you a gun,
To spare the bullets and let me free,
Maybe let my blood flow in single shot,
The pain of a confused thought,
Your words finding me as a prey
Coming to me like an iron arrow
