The Mighty Waterfall
Somewhere high up, mountain above,
Wild streamlets born, race down madly:
The landscape matching- one will love!
Becomes a waterfall gladly!
What looks small, inconspicuous,
And starts off in grave-like silence,
Is water-cascade, thunderous-
Providing water, chill and dense.
This marvel of nature is great-
An awesome treat to eyes and ears;
In contrast to the world, we hate-
In maze of which we’re caught for years!
The gorgeous scene looks heavenly,
With verdure green of trees uphill;
With brown and slate-grey stone mossy,
As noisy waters race to rill.
The place looks beautiful indeed,
With inherent dangers that lurk;
The fleeting time, no one will heed;
While waking downhill to the park!
What wonders, Nature unravels!
The mind of chaos has turned calm;
The human heart always marvels,
When mighty waters touch our palm!
